About the role
Lead business process optimisation and analysis to deliver value to stakeholders. Identify opportunities, design solutions, and manage project phases for market expansion and development.
What you’ll do
• Identify business opportunities and conduct feasibility studies. • Write project scopes and estimate costs and risks. • Manage timescales and resources for development phases. • Lead business process reviews and develop optimisation strategies. • Provide accurate MIS for informed decision making.
What you’ll bring
• BSc in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. • 5-7 years experience in complex operations management. • Knowledge in process and project management. • Professional certifications like Lean Six Sigma or CBAP advantageous. • Strong behavioural and technical competencies in business process improvement.
