• Own governance policy framework and annual refresh. • Serve as legal owner for NG&S Committee. • Manage Board and committee operations. • Lead governance-focused investor engagement. • Build AI-first governance function.
What you’ll bring
• 8-10+ years corporate and securities law experience. • Deep knowledge of public company governance. • Experience supporting Boards and committees. • Ownership of proxy statement and shareholder meeting. • JD and active US bar membership.
