Lead development of submission platform to help researchers publish to leading journals. Manage scrum teams and improve internal processes.
What you’ll do
• Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain services. • Mentor and grow team members through code review and pairing. • Lead scrum teams to deliver epics and stories. • Improve team processes continuously. • Set vision and align roadmap with company goals.
What you’ll bring
• Passionate about software craft and teamwork. • Strong communication skills technical and non-technical. • Experience with Agile delivery and TDD/BDD. • Proficient in Java, JavaScript, AWS, and databases. • 8+ years programming experience with BE/MSc in Computer Science.
