About the role
Lead the financial advisory business, advising clients on corporate finance, infrastructure, and development projects. Originate and execute complex transactions including M&A, capital raising, and restructuring.
What you’ll do
• Originate and structure large financial transactions. • Lead negotiations and provide strategic advice. • Oversee drafting of deal documentation. • Conduct market research and sector analysis. • Lead M&A, capital raising, and restructuring transactions.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. • Professional qualification ACA, ACCA, CFA required. • 12 years experience in investment banking or advisory. • 5 years in leadership role. • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
