About the role
Lead GitLab's investor relations processes and communications with public markets. Collaborate with executives to explain strategy, products, and business models to investors.
What you’ll do
• Lead quarterly earnings process and prepare executive messaging. • Gather insights from business leaders for investor communications. • Manage relationships with analysts and investment community. • Prepare executives for investor meetings and lead calls. • Analyze peers and maintain benchmarking for board discussions.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in investment, equity research, or investor relations. • Financial modeling and valuation skills. • Ability to explain technical products and business models. • Knowledge of SEC reporting and Regulation FD. • Proficiency with presentation and spreadsheet tools.
