About the role
Lead and manage planning, coordination, and delivery of power generation and maintenance services. Ensure efficient, cost-effective operations supporting corporate objectives.
What you’ll do
• Develop work programs for Generation Department. • Manage generation function and lead teams. • Prepare periodic reports for Head, Generation. • Oversee project works, testing, commissioning. • Develop maintenance programs for power generation.
What you’ll bring
• Professional engineering certification with COREN membership. • Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering. • 6+ years relevant experience, 3 in supervisory role. • Experience in hydro power plant operations preferred. • Knowledge of electricity regulations and policies.
