Lead product strategy and execution for ZyraTalk, an AI-powered voice and receptionist product. Drive integration and expansion of AI voice capabilities across EverPro's home services software portfolio.
What you’ll do
• Lead product strategy and roadmap for ZyraTalk. • Drive EverPro Voice product line integration and expansion. • Partner with engineering, design, AI, sales, and customer success teams. • Translate customer needs into product requirements and success metrics. • Establish KPIs and operating rhythms for product performance.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years product management experience. • Experience with AI, voice, SaaS workflow automation preferred. • Strong customer discovery and analytical skills. • Ability to lead cross-functional product strategy and execution. • Excellent communication and commercial instincts.
