About the role
Lead technical relationship with enterprise partners to ensure seamless integration and launch of payment solutions. Act as strategic technical partner managing complex solutions and driving partner success.
What you’ll do
• Collaborate with sales, account management, and product teams. • Drive pre-sales technical discovery and solutioning. • Own post-sales technical implementation and partner delivery. • Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap. • Automate and standardize partner delivery processes.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in solutions or sales engineering roles. • Strong technical background in REST APIs and SDKs. • Deep payments experience and product architecture knowledge. • Ability to manage complex projects and operate in ambiguity. • Proven track record improving processes with tooling and automation.
