• Support selection process for flagship programmes. • Coordinate application, screening, and assessment logistics. • Assist with panel interview scheduling and documentation. • Monitor diversity and equity metrics. • Support onboarding and coordination of delivery partners.
What you’ll bring
• Second-Class Upper degree in relevant field. • 5 years relevant experience including 2 in leadership. • Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder programmes. • Strong curriculum design and talent development knowledge. • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
