About the role

• Support annual training plan development and meetings. • Coordinate training sessions and provide reporting. • Manage training documentation and vendor invoices. • Evaluate training programs and prepare summaries. • Support cost efficiency and strategic training solutions.
What you’ll bring
• HND or Bachelor's degree in social science. • 5 years experience in HR and people management. • Very good documentation skills. • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. • Hands-on Microsoft Excel skills.
