About the role
Manage and implement training plans and competency development initiatives. Support strategic alignment projects and training data management.
What you’ll do
• Implement annual training plan and manage administrative processes. • Provide strategic training solutions and deployment. • Manage c-PAT and e-TAD tools for training needs. • Develop training performance dashboards and reports. • Support cost efficiency and L&D campaigns.
What you’ll bring
• Excellent presentation and analytical skills. • HND or BSC degree in social science discipline. • 5 years work experience in HR or People Management. • Hands-on Microsoft Excel skills. • Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills.
