About the role
Manage legal and government relations for an LNG company. Oversee contracts, regulatory compliance, and government engagement.
What you’ll do
• Draft and negotiate EPC, procurement, and gas supply agreements. • Identify legal approvals before commissioning and deliveries. • Support due diligence on land rights and community MoUs. • Maintain legal obligations register and permit tracker. • Advise on disputes and manage external counsel.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of Nigerian gas and corporate regulations. • LL.B and call to Nigerian Bar. • 7+ years legal practice in oil and gas or related fields. • Experience drafting EPC and gas commercial agreements. • Experience engaging government agencies and regulators.
