About the role
The Legal Associate manages legal documentation, ensures compliance, supports contract negotiations, and provides legal advice on corporate matters.
What you’ll do
• Maintain accurate legal records and documentation. • Monitor legal deadlines, filings, and compliance reports. • Liaise with external Legal Counsel and internal stakeholders. • Draft, review, and manage contracts and legal documents. • Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters.
What you’ll bring
• Strong experience in corporate and commercial law. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent legal drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills. • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B). • Minimum two years post-qualification experience as a lawyer.
