About the role
Provide legal support for global corporate governance, regulatory, trade, and compliance matters. Work cross-border on entity, export-control, sanctions, and public-sector legal issues.

• Support global corporate governance and entity matters. • Manage intercompany legal architecture and agreements. • Coordinate cross-border regulatory workstreams. • Handle export-control, sanctions, and compliance matters. • Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel.
What you’ll bring
• Qualified lawyer with 4–8 years experience. • Strong corporate and cross-border legal foundation. • Experience with foreign investment and national-security reviews. • Ability to coordinate multi-jurisdictional legal work. • Strong judgment and practical communication skills.
