About the role
Lead legal negotiations on major commercial deals and public procurements. Advise on data protection, IP, and licensing across multiple jurisdictions.
What you’ll do
• Lead legal side of major tenders and public procurements. • Negotiate and close largest customer contracts. • Manage deals from start to signature. • Draft and negotiate SaaS, licensing, and partnership agreements. • Advise on data protection, privacy, IP, and commercial issues.
What you’ll bring
• Law degree and practising certificate in UK, US, or Commonwealth. • Several years post-qualification experience. • Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex tech contracts. • Comfortable across broad legal remit and jurisdictions. • Good judgement on risk and strong communication skills.
