About the role

What you’ll do
• Provide legal advice on commercial and regulatory matters. • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements. • Support corporate governance and compliance activities. • Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory changes. • Assist with dispute resolution and external counsel management.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree. • Barrister-at-Law (BL) from Nigerian Law School. • 5-8 years post-call legal experience. • Experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation. • Membership of Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
