About the role
Lead consumer retention and engagement programs across the full customer lifecycle. Build a product-integrated lifecycle engine to drive usage, upgrades, and retention.
What you’ll do
• Own lifecycle strategy from onboarding to retention and winback. • Partner with Product and Engineering on user triggers and experiments. • Improve email deliverability and compliance. • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies. • Run A/B testing and optimize engagement and retention.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years in lifecycle marketing or product-led growth. • Experience with product-integrated marketing. • Knowledge of email deliverability and compliance. • Familiarity with customer journey tools like Braze or Iterable. • Strong data skills and communication.
