About the role
Handle sophisticated commercial litigation matters with hands-on experience in complex cases. Work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.
What you’ll do
• Handle complex commercial litigation from strategy to resolution. • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents. • Manage fact investigation, legal research, and case analysis. • Participate in depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation. • Collaborate on litigation strategy and client communication.
What you’ll bring
• Active California Bar admission required. • Substantive litigation experience required. • Commercial litigation experience preferred. • Insurance coverage or bad faith experience preferred. • Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
