About the role
Manage complex corporate transactions, draft and negotiate contracts, and provide business legal advice. Provide high-quality litigation services to clients.
What you’ll do
• Meet client demands with flexibility and focus on outcomes. • Conduct extensive research using relevant sources. • Provide risk-based legal analysis and mitigation strategies. • Identify legal and commercial issues and solutions. • Represent clients in court and deliver accurate written work.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Call to Nigerian Bar (BL) minimum. • Master of Laws (LLM) optional. • Minimum 4 years litigation and legal advisory experience. • Experience in commercial law firm. • Strong oral and written communication skills.
