About the role
Support a U.S. law firm's personal injury litigation practice remotely. Manage case files, discovery, filings, medical records, liens, settlements, and client communication under attorney supervision.
What you’ll do
• Assist with pleadings, discovery, court filings, and service of process. • Track records requests, affidavits, deadlines, and case calendars. • Request and organize medical records and billing statements. • Conduct lien lookups and prepare settlement documents. • Communicate with clients, providers, insurers, and government agencies.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years relevant legal experience. • Law degree from recognized Latin American university. • Advanced written and spoken English proficiency. • Strong legal research, drafting, and organization skills. • Reliable internet and commitment to confidentiality.
