About the role
Develop and refine Large Language Models to improve business decisions and optimize prompt design. Create scalable LLM/RAG frameworks for customer service scheduling and innovation.
What you’ll do
• Own full LLM pipeline from data prep to production use. • Design and optimize prompts for model utility and safety. • Build and maintain RAG QA/search systems. • Deploy and operate LLM services on multi-GPU or clusters. • Develop evaluation pipelines for prompt and model quality.
What you’ll bring
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. • 2+ years deep-learning/NLP experience, 1+ year practical LLM work. • Expertise in prompt engineering and tuning. • Experience with multi-agent LLM workflows and agent-orchestrator patterns. • Proficient in English and Chinese communication.
