About the role
Manage end-to-end localisation lifecycle for enterprise clients. Serve as operational contact and contribute to team value delivery.
What you’ll do
• Act as primary localisation operations contact for clients. • Foster stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams. • Design and optimize localisation processes and configurations. • Solve problems independently and collaboratively. • Drive operational excellence with process improvements and automation.
What you’ll bring
• 2-3 years localisation or translation project management experience. • Understanding of localisation file formats and CAT/TMS tools. • Strong client management and communication skills. • Proficiency with project management and reporting tools. • Experience coordinating with engineering, QA, and vendor teams.
