About the role
Coordinate vehicle readiness and handover, support disbursement processing, maintain records, and ensure compliance with procedures.
What you’ll do
• Spot delays and recommend process improvements. • Confirm vehicle inspections and tracking device functionality. • Coordinate vehicle movement and customer handovers. • Check approvals and documentation compliance. • Verify and process disbursement instructions accurately.
What you’ll bring
• Diploma or Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Marketing or related. • 2–4 years in operations, logistics, fleet management or auto-finance. • Attention to detail and numerical accuracy. • Understanding of disbursement controls and KYC/AML. • Strong communication and customer-service skills.
