About the role
Coordinate and conduct monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning activities for humanitarian programs. Support data collection, analysis, reporting, and capacity building to improve program effectiveness.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate routine data collection using digital and paper tools. • Conduct field monitoring visits and data verification. • Develop and implement MEAL plans and data collection tools. • Collect and respond to feedback and complaints confidentially. • Prepare reports and train staff on MEAL tools and standards.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s preferred. • 2–5 years experience in MEAL with NGOs or international organizations. • Proficiency with data collection and analysis software. • Strong analytical, communication, and training skills. • Knowledge of accountability frameworks and safeguarding.
