About the role
Oversee maintenance and upkeep of warehouses, offices, and facilities across locations. Ensure timely repairs and cost-effective civil works without compromising quality.
What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain vendor pool for repairs and construction. • Negotiate competitive prices for materials and services. • Oversee maintenance and repair of warehouses and offices. • Conduct audits and ensure SOP compliance. • Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets and reports.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in relevant engineering or facilities management. • Minimum 2 years experience in facilities management. • Experience managing multiple warehouses or industrial facilities. • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. • Willingness to travel across Nigeria.
