About the role
Manage and resolve complex, high-exposure injury and property damage claims. Serve as an expert resource for claim professionals and stakeholders.
What you’ll do
• Manage complex injury and property damage claims independently. • Conduct detailed investigations and establish reserves. • Negotiate settlements with claimants and legal representatives. • Develop and execute resolution and litigation strategies. • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree. • Five plus years complex bodily injury claim experience. • Active adjuster license where required. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Expert knowledge of insurance principles and regulations.
