About the role
Manage high-exposure, complex, and litigated commercial auto claims from investigation to resolution. Collaborate with legal, medical, and internal teams to shape case strategy and improve claims processes.
What you’ll do
• Manage all aspects of litigated cases and resolution process. • Analyze auto claims and negotiate with opposing parties. • Manage litigation cases and communicate with stakeholders. • Review legal documents and ensure compliance. • Direct activities and costs of outside vendors.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 10+ years claim handling, 5+ years in litigation. • Experience with Commercial Auto claims. • Active adjuster license or willingness to obtain. • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
