About the role
Prepare high-quality Nigerian and intercontinental dishes, pastries, and specialised dietary meals for a private household. Maintain excellent food quality, hygiene, and presentation while meeting dietary needs.
What you’ll do
• Manage grocery shopping and kitchen supplies. • Minimise food waste and ensure proper storage. • Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety. • Prepare Nigerian and intercontinental dishes and pastries. • Plan menus and prepare healthy meals based on dietary needs.
What you’ll bring
• Strong skills in Nigerian and intercontinental cuisines. • Relevant culinary training or certification advantageous. • Ability to work independently and maintain food quality. • Proven experience as a Chef in private household or hospitality. • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory management.
