About the role
Plan, analyze, and optimize capacity infrastructure to meet business demands cost-effectively. Manage capacity issues and drive efficiency initiatives through analysis and reporting.
What you’ll do
• Define capacity and performance monitoring thresholds. • Create and maintain capacity plans for GTI products. • Provide trend analysis for future capacity needs. • Manage capacity issues and prevent future problems. • Deliver capacity reports and metrics.
What you’ll bring
• BSc in IT, Computer Science, Statistics or related field. • 1-2 years experience in capacity planning or system engineering. • Experience with capacity planning tools and statistical analysis. • Relevant infrastructure or capacity management certifications. • ITIL Foundation V3/V4 is an advantage.
