About the role

What you’ll do
• Lead and develop a team of compensation professionals. • Provide strategic compensation guidance to executives. • Oversee annual compensation processes and governance. • Design and administer compensation programs. • Analyze data and market trends for decision-making.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent experience. • Minimum 5 years compensation experience. • At least 2 years managing teams. • Experience with Workday and compensation tools preferred. • Strong analytical and communication skills.
