About the role

What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in customer success or product operations. • Experience in healthcare services or technology. • Consultative skillset with curiosity and initiative. • Willingness to learn and use AI tools daily. • Strong attention to detail and independent task leadership.
