About the role
Manage Xplor's payment device lifecycle, performance, controls, and strategy. Oversee POS Portal services to support growth and compliance.
What you’ll do
• Own device lifecycle from forecasting to retirement. • Maintain accurate device records and controls. • Lead device migrations and manage vendor relationships. • Govern terminal configuration and software updates. • Support terminal launches and act as escalation point.
What you’ll bring
• Experience managing payment terminals or similar technology. • Strong vendor management and communication skills. • Knowledge of device lifecycle and operational controls. • Analytical skills to interpret performance data. • Familiarity with POS Portal, SmartPOS, PCI DSS, and device security.
