About the role
Lead and implement Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation activities for the Immunization Demand Generation pilot in Nigeria. Manage field operations, data management, analysis, reporting, and learning for the pilot.
What you’ll do
• Co-develop MLE plan and implement design. • Prepare and submit IRB applications. • Lead field operations and team management. • Digitize and program survey tools. • Analyze data and produce reports.
What you’ll bring
• Master's or Bachelor's with experience in Public Health or related field. • 7+ years in MLE activities including field operations and data analysis. • Experience with large-scale digital surveys and IRB processes. • Proficiency in SurveyCTO and statistical software like Stata. • Knowledge of Nigeria's health data systems and research ethics.
