About the role
Lead and scale the financial reporting function to support high-quality financial statements and disclosures. Ensure accurate, timely reporting and support audit and public-company readiness initiatives.
What you’ll do
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosures. • Support monthly and quarterly close processes. • Stay updated on SEC regulations and update policies. • Manage audit deliverables and external auditor liaison. • Drive continuous improvement in reporting workflows.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA required. • 7+ years financial reporting at public company. • Experience with SEC filings Form 10-K and 10-Q. • Familiarity with Workiva, ActiveDisclosure, ERP systems. • Strong execution skills and collaborative mindset.
