About the role
Manage Dayforce systems strategy and lead the HRIS Analyst. Serve as final approver for system changes and manage stakeholder relationships across HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT.
What you’ll do
• Own Dayforce systems strategy and configuration. • Manage offshore HRIS Analyst and workload prioritization. • Approve sensitive changes and complex decisions. • Build trusted relationships across business units. • Oversee testing, UAT, and documentation.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years Dayforce administration and configuration. • Experience managing remote or offshore staff. • Strong stakeholder management skills. • Ability to translate business needs into MVP solutions. • Expertise in reporting and data analysis within Dayforce.
