What you’ll do
• Manage 24/7 network operations. • Supervise NOC team. • Ensure SLA-driven environment. • Oversee network operations centre. • Maintain network security standards.
What you’ll bring
• BSc in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or Telecoms. • 7-10 years in network operations or NOC management. • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience. • CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Security, ITIL v4 or Fortinet NSE 4 mandatory. • Experience managing SLA-driven environments.
