About the role
Manage a bioinformatics team focused on oncology product development. Provide technical leadership for ctDNA-based diagnostic test design and validation.
What you’ll do
• Lead bioinformatics team in cross-functional projects. • Optimize workflows and analysis pipelines. • Supervise and develop bioinformatics and data scientists. • Provide input on experiment design and data interpretation. • Contribute to intellectual property and documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Master's or Ph.D. in quantitative discipline. • 4-8 years data science/bioinformatics experience. • 1-3 years technical lead experience in diagnostics. • 1-2 years management experience. • Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
