What you’ll do
• Lead and scale recruiting with clear hiring targets. • Manage recruiting performance using data-driven metrics. • Continuously refine recruitment forecasting and pipeline health. • Lead as player-coach, personally closing roles. • Partner cross-functionally and report to executives.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in talent acquisition, 1-2 years managerial. • Experience as full-cycle recruiter in SaaS. • Ability to lead and coach a small team. • Proven use of recruiting systems like Greenhouse. • AI-first mindset and data-driven problem solver.
