About the role
Lead product design focused on growth, owning the end-to-end growth journey to enhance user trust and conversion. Manage a small team while delivering high-quality design across discovery, activation, pricing, and lifecycle touchpoints.
What you’ll do
• Define user-centered discovery, activation, and monetization experiences. • Deliver UX, visual design, and prototypes from concept to production. • Use behavioral data to inform design decisions. • Design and lead growth experiments with product and data science. • Manage and mentor 1-3 designers on growth surface.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years product design experience in SaaS or growth environments. • 2+ years managing designers. • Proven track record in growth or monetization design. • Strong data instincts and funnel thinking. • Exceptional visual and interaction design skills.
