About the role
Manage provider data operations to ensure accuracy and completeness supporting member care and compliance. Drive process improvements and operational excellence across provider data lifecycle.
What you’ll do
• Improve accuracy and scalability of provider data operations. • Oversee offshore teams and automated solutions. • Develop reporting and dashboards for operational performance. • Partner with product and engineering on verification tools. • Analyze root causes and recommend process improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years healthcare operations experience. • Manage workflows involving provider data and verification. • Build and scale repeatable operational processes. • Strong analytical and project management skills. • Experience with dashboards and cross-functional collaboration.
