About the role
Lead GitLab's Sales recruiting across the APJ region, partnering with Sales leaders to hire quota-carrying and go-to-market talent. Build hiring strategies reflecting market nuances and develop a team of recruiters.
What you’ll do
• Lead and develop recruiters with coaching and feedback. • Design recruiting strategies and hiring frameworks for APJ markets. • Advise Sales leaders on talent needs and market insights. • Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting processes. • Manage senior and specialized Sales role requisitions when needed.
What you’ll bring
• Experience developing recruiting teams for Sales in APJ. • Ability to earn trust with senior Sales leaders. • Systems-thinking approach to scalable recruiting processes. • Use data and analytics to shape recruiting strategy. • Experience sourcing and closing passive candidates for Sales roles.
