About the role
Lead a team building workflows and tools to ensure design and code adhere to design systems using AI. Set strategy and improve design quality through evaluation and feedback loops.
What you’ll do
• Lead and grow a 6-8 engineer team. • Coach engineers and build culture of ownership. • Own and evolve design system context for AI. • Set technical strategy for adherence measurement. • Build benchmarking tools and dashboards.

• 3+ years leading high-impact engineering teams. • Experience with AI assistants and evaluation systems. • Fluency in AI development and evaluation workflows. • Strong software engineering and platform mindset. • High quality bar for customer experience and data quality.
