About the role
Oversee all real estate transactions managing acquisition and disposition deals from contract through closing. Lead the transaction team while managing a personal pipeline in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
• Manage acquisition and disposition transactions from contract to settlement. • Supervise and train Transaction Coordinators. • Establish and track KPIs for team members. • Develop and update policies and training documents. • Serve as escalation point for transaction issues.
What you’ll bring
• 2+ years people management in settlement or transaction management. • 5+ years real estate transaction experience. • Proven high-volume acquisitions and dispositions management. • Bachelor’s degree required. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
