About the role
Oversee day-to-day operations of a beauty business ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate jobs among stylists for efficient workflow. • Supervise staff and ensure duties are completed on time. • Manage customer relationships and handle enquiries professionally. • Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate logistics. • Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of workplace and equipment.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum OND or BSc in relevant field. • Experience in managerial or customer service role preferred. • Strong organisational and administrative skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic computer literacy and stock management ability.
