About the role
Lead and manage Revenue Integrity engagements to improve financial and compliance outcomes for healthcare clients. Develop analyses, client deliverables, and manage project teams to drive revenue cycle effectiveness and operational improvements.
What you’ll do
• Plan and manage Revenue Integrity engagements and workstreams. • Lead assessments of Revenue Integrity operations and develop recommendations. • Analyze charge-generation and charge-capture workflows. • Develop and review Revenue Integrity policies and procedures. • Lead project teams and present findings to senior stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field. • 5+ years consulting or industry experience in Revenue Integrity. • Expertise in charge capture, reconciliation, and compliance. • Knowledge of Medicare payment systems and clinical documentation. • Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.
