About the role
Lead delivery of the Ajaokuta Mini project from construction through commissioning to commercial operation. Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while managing a lean execution team.
What you’ll do
• Lead lean execution team and set clear accountabilities. • Build relationships with regulators and strategic partners. • Own project execution plan, schedule, cost baseline, and risk register. • Oversee equipment receipt, installation, and commissioning. • Direct gas supply strategy and ensure compliance controls.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years leadership in oil and gas or infrastructure projects. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field. • Strong commercial and financial acumen. • Experience with Nigerian regulators and host communities. • Safety-first leadership and integrity.
