What you’ll do

What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's or MBA preferred. • Microfinance Certified Banker (MCB) certification mandatory. • 15+ years banking experience with 5-7 years in senior leadership. • Meet Central Bank of Nigeria 'Fit and Proper' requirements. • Proven track record in portfolio growth and digital banking transformation.
