About the role
Lead machining strategies and processes for manufacturing mechanical seal components. Ensure dimensional accuracy and customer satisfaction through proper equipment and tooling.
What you’ll do
• Determine action plans to correct discrepancies and processes. • Analyze product characteristics. • Lead continuous improvement projects in safety, quality, productivity. • Design and train staff on machining processes and standards. • Support internal and external customers technically.
What you’ll bring
• Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electronics Engineer degree. • Minimum 2 years in metal-mechanical industry manufacturing or CNC processes. • Proficient in Office software. • Knowledge of statistical process controls. • Intermediate to advanced English.
