About the role
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for human-rated space station subassemblies. Collaborate with design and quality teams to ensure efficient, high-quality production.
What you’ll do
• Collaborate with design teams on manufacturability of subassemblies. • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment. • Create and maintain manufacturing plans and assembly procedures. • Identify and resolve manufacturing challenges with root cause analysis. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• B.S. in engineering, physics, math, or related field. • 2-4+ years manufacturing experience managing products. • Hands-on fabrication, assembly, or integration experience. • CAD proficiency, preferably Siemens NX. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
