About the role
Manage national and regional broker-facing events and marketing operations to drive pipeline. Own end-to-end event execution and support broader marketing efforts.
What you’ll do
• Own conference calendar and event execution. • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts. • Handle event budgets and track spending. • Represent company at events and manage logistics. • Maintain broker marketing collateral and support campaigns.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years event or marketing coordination experience. • Proven vendor negotiation and budget management. • Comfortable with travel and on-site event management. • Strong written communication skills. • Organized self-starter managing multiple projects.
